One CCM family, two specialised paths
Output4You has been part of Orangeland Communications since September 2026: a family of CCM specialists alongside sister companies Jetmail and Eclipse Group. Within that family there are two specialised paths towards the same goal - clear, automated customer communication: PlanetPress Connect, where Output4You itself has been your fixed specialist since 2014, and Eclipse, the broader Quadient CCM-as-a-Service solution from sister company Eclipse Group.
PlanetPress Connect
Since 2014, the Dutch specialist in PlanetPress Connect and OL Connect: consultancy, migration, workflow automation and support. That remains the core of Output4You - you can read all about it above.
Eclipse: CCM-as-a-Service via Quadient Inspire
Sister company Eclipse Group has been a Quadient Delivery Partner Gold since 2017 and builds complete, cloud-driven CCM-as-a-Service solutions on Quadient Inspire as a full-service system integrator. Does that fit your needs better than PlanetPress Connect? Then Eclipse Group is the right address for you.

How can I request a PlanetPress quote?
Get in touch for a no-obligation quote. We'll look at your specific document workflows and recommend what fits best, managed services included if that suits you.
What is the difference between PlanetPress OL Connect and Eclipse CCMaaS?
PlanetPress OL Connect is the document automation platform Output4You has specialised in since 2014: templates, workflows and system integrations, implemented and managed by us directly. Eclipse CCMaaS is the fully cloud-hosted Customer Communication Management solution from sister company Eclipse Group, built on Quadient Inspire. Both are part of the Orangeland family: for PlanetPress-specific expertise and hands-on control, Output4You is the right address. If a fully managed CCM-as-a-Service solution fits your situation better, we're happy to sit down together with our colleagues from Eclipse Group and discuss the options with you.
How long does a PlanetPress implementation take?
Basic implementation: 2-4 weeks. Complex migration: 6-12 weeks. We use Agile methodology with 2-week sprints for maximum flexibility.
